Our very own Charice Pempengco proves again that there are still a lot in store for her. Truly, nothing can stop this young international singing sensation from reaching her dreams.

Alvin and the Chipmunks 2 “The Squeakquel” gave Charice another big break as she was included as one the movie’s casts. Charice plays the role of herself, the singer, representing her school in a singing contest wherein she will compete against the chipmunks. Charice performed Alicia Keys‘ song “No One” in the movie. The song is included in the original soundtrack of Alvin and the Chipmunks 2.

According IMDB, Charice will also star on “Skate for the Heart” together with Amerian idol winner Jordin Sparks that will be shown in the US Television this January.

Way to go Charice, you really make every pinoy proud!
