Baler is the capital of Aurora Province. It is located at about the mid point, on the east coast of the main island of Luzon. The town faces the deep blue of the Pacific Ocean, which gives it the surf that it is renowned for.There is a wave just about all year in Baler, but the peak periods for consistent good quality waves is fromOctober to February.

Before, when we say Surfing, Siargao and La Union are the most talked about destinations. Today, Baler establishes its name as another top surfing destination in the country. It can be noted that the town was also featured in a lot of tourist sites, newspapers, and TV shows like Kapuso Mo: Jessica Sojo and Trip na Trip.

Truly, Baler is now gaining its popularity as another top tourist destination in the country.
